My name is Eileen Vargas, and I am the president of Kaizen S2P.  I have worked in Corporate America for over 20 years on various technology platforms.  Throughout that time, I have applied my knowledge and skills to help corporations meet their organizational goals. 

I have designed, developed, and configured the Guided Buying platform to increase the amount of spend being funneled into Ariba, developed catalog strategies to ensure employees are able to locate items needed to support business operations, and optimized the Contracts module to enable organizations to realize their negotiated contracted rates.

I realized early in my career that many corporations do not properly leverage the technology platforms that they invest so much time, money and human resources into.  I am passionate about helping organizations realize the rate of return on their technology investments.
